Modernes und Gemütliches Tiny House Direkt am See in der Natur

Enjoy a break in nature, on a lake in the Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte region, in our lovingly furnished tiny house nestled among fields and forests, right on the lake with access to swimming. Swim, hike, take a walk, ride a bike, go stand-up paddleboarding, canoe, or simply unwind, read a book, or write while discovering the nature and wildlife of the Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte.

Our tiny house, “Casa sPERANTO,” is located in the Mecklenburg Kleinsee Plateau, right on the lake in an idyllic cove.

The property is a fenced-in private lot. There are 1–2 other holiday rentals on the grounds, as well as occasional access for authorised residents.

Our 11-square-meter two-story tiny house features a double bed, a cosy sitting area with a table and sofa, a hot plate, heating, and tasteful furnishings.

Important: The toilet and shower are located in an apartment one minute away from the tiny house. You have exclusive access to the apartment and its terrace. The Tiny House is, of course, the main accommodation.

Additional info: There is no oven and no grill. You’re welcome to bring your own grill, of course.

Swimming, hiking, walking, biking, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing (check rental options by season), or simply unwinding, reading a book, or writing while discovering the nature and wildlife of the Mecklenburg Kleinsee Plateau.

There is no Wi-Fi. A great way to escape the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind.

Note: The heating in the apartment is turned off during peak season. Alternatively, a space heater can be used. There is an old, dilapidated fisherman’s cottage on the property—we do not maintain it ;)

For transparency, we’re happy to list the detailed pricing. The following services are already fully included in the rental price:

- 15.5% Airbnb service fee + VAT on the fee
- 19% VAT
- €88.00 cleaning fee
- €1.50 per night/person tourist tax during peak season
+ stand-up paddleboard: The standard market rental price for two comparable premium boards is approximately 100 € per day. With us, you can use this equipment at no additional cost.
