The fully equipped 49sqm accommodation was completely renovated in 2024 with a lot of love.
The absolute highlight is the 45sqm terrace, which invites you to relax.
There is also a separate balcony off the living area.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a secure residence in a quiet side street but just a stone's throw from the harbour with its many attractions and shopping facilities.
For daily shopping, you will find the Sanary-sur-mer supermarket and bakery within a 2-minute walk.
The beaches of the Esplanade and Bonne Grace are also just a few minutes' walk away.
A private car park is available at the accommodation.
The keys are handed over personally by the concierge service.
Cleaning after check-out included.
