Everything on foot. Rare for rental, garden level apartment is located near the beaches. Fully equipped, this apartment will satisfy you during your stay. It is composed of a separate and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate WC, as well as a beautiful bright living room opening onto a second terrace. The accommodation is located 3 minutes from the port of Sanary Sur Mer with all its activities, departure for boat excursions (the coves, islands), big game fishing, boat rental, restaurants, bars, traders, craft market in the evening (in July/ August), Provençal market every morning, fireworks... You will also benefit from a beautiful wooded garden, with garden furniture and deckchairs allowing you to have lunch and relax in the sun. We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform). Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the price of: - Limited use sheets for a 90 bed: €10 - Limited use sheets for a 140 bed: €20 - End of stay cleaning: €60 Non-smoking accommodation.
