The furniture chosen by me, the new kitchen and bathroom with high-end appliances: flat screen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, walk-in shower, hanging toilet ...
upstairs rooms under the roof under comforters with a large double bed and 2 single beds. the Velux windows make 2 skylights and allow the air flow of a natural ventilation so pleasant at night.

Attention avec ces propriétaires - attention à Vrbo

I booked this house in utter faith that they had 2 separate rooms as we were coming out with friends. I paid up front and upon scrolling quite far down on the reviews before leaving for the holiday ( flights paid etc) I came across someone who had remarked that the rooms were “interconnecting” I immediately contacted the host of this property who said that “ if this was a problem we can offer you an upgrade” I didn’t want an upgrade. I was quite upset that I had paid for something I was not going to actually have and would have been deeply disappointed if I had arrived at the house to find out that I wouldn’t have any place to sleep. I wanted a refund. It was a breach of contract as their site was deceptive. However they cleverly replied that a refund was impossible because I was too late in asking for one! I was “ too late” to realise I had been duped as once I told them I was filing my complaint the owners went on to their site and changed the description saying “ the rooms are interconnecting”! I do have proof and will be taking this further But have lost all trust in Vrbo who I feel have not looked into this seriously enough and found it simpler to just say “It’s up to the owners discredition” BEWARE If the description says “two rooms” then you are naturally expecting 2 rooms. It’s quite simple But very deceptive if those 2 rooms turn out to be interconnecting.

Wir verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in dieser süßen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell bei Anliegen. Die Lage ist genial, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt einen guten Bäcker gleich in der Nähe, verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen und auch das charmante Städtchen. Auch der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, leider gibt es dort kein WLAN, das haben aber nur unsere Teenager bemängelt. Im Haus und auch im Außenbereich ist das WLAN überall gut. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt, die man nicht richtig schließen kann und das eine Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Für uns als Familie war das kein Problem aber für zwei Pärchen, die ihre Privatsphäre möchten, vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schöner und großer Außenbereich mit Liegen, einer gemütlichen Lounge und einem überdachten Essbereich. Abends ist es dort sehr lebhaft, da ein Hotel nebenan ist, es klingt als würde man im Restaurant sitzen. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte das vielleicht wissen. Da wir selbst sehr ruhig wohnen, fanden wir es nicht störend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé (10 min du port, 10 min de la plage), très agréable si on souhaite limiter la voiture. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec le frigo mais les propriétaires ont été très réactifs.

Agréable

Séjour agréable mais pas assez grand pour deux personnes et 3 chiens , au niveau des chambres pas accessible à de grande personnes ( mansardées). Au niveau terrasse assez bien mais trop de bruit, dû à l’hôtel restaurant qui est juste à côté. Niveau cuisine malheureusement on a eu des fourmis malgré la boîte dehors à la deuxième terrasses . Les propriétaires sympathiques.

Eine sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, man kann Strand/Hafen/Zentrum in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, das war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war sehr gut. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Ein bezaubernder Strand, ein wunderschöner Ort. Wir waren zu dritt, Eltern mit 15jährigem Sohn, für eine Familie ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Petite maison avec confort, ce qui est le plus appréciable c’est l’extérieur qui est complètement clos , idéal avec un animal, les chambres à l’étage sont un peu petites car sous un toit mansardé , manque de vaisselle surtout des verres , sinon rien à dire de plus

Wonderful stay

We spent a great week in this wonderful apartment. The garden was also very good for our dog and he really enjoyed it. The communication with Claire was very friendly and easy and everything works fine. The flat is located perfectly and the town is very pretty. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.

Frühling am Mittelmeer

Wir haben die Wohnung für knapp zwei Wochen über Ostern gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Claire, der Vermieterin, war super, sie hat sich zwei Mal überzeugt, dass für uns alles in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene in Ordnung aber nicht zu groß. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, sie lag immer im Schatten. Die große Terrasse hatte am Nachmittag 2-3 Stunden Sonne. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Matratze des Bettes ist erledigt und müsste getauscht werden. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nous avons réservé l'appartement pendant presque deux semaines à Pâques. La communication avec Claire, la propriétaire, était excellente, elle s'est assurée deux fois que tout allait bien pour nous. L'appartement est bien pour deux adultes mais pas trop grand. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la petite terrasse, elle était toujours à l'ombre. La grande terrasse avait 2-3 heures de soleil l'après-midi. Seul point critique : le matelas du lit est fait et devrait être changé. Sinon nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Leuk huis voorzien van alle gemakken. De ommuurde tuin was ideaal voor onze hond. Strand en het centrum op loopafstand. Plezierig contact met de eigenaresse.

Herrliches Sanary sur mer

Das kleine Objekt befindet sich in optimaler Lage in Sanary sur mer. Alles ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Uns hat die kleine Stadt sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr klein, bei 4 Erwachsenen wird es eng. Die Terrasse ist prima, der Pool für eine Abkühlung ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist ok, haben aber für den Preis etwas anderes erwartet

Super Lage, sehr sauber

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Nur 8 min. Fußweg zum Strand oder an den Hafen! Sanary-sur-Mer ist super schön, der Markt ist toll. Bei der Bescheibung der Unterkunft war nicht zu erkennen, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Auch die Trennwand ist zwar schick, aber nicht blickdicht und daher auch sehr hellhörig.

Great little place in a perfect location

We had a lovely time here. The cottage is small but perfectly formed. The outside patio area was perfect for us to sit out in, with a nice little pool around the corner too. It could not have been more ideally located: at the end of a quiet lane with the beach less than 10 minutes walk in one direction and the centre and harbour of Sanary 10 minutes in the other direction. Closer still a mini market, patisserie and pharmacy, and a small neighborhood cafe/bar at the end of the lane. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are in the attic space but with Aircon that cools the whole place down which we needed in the 34 degree heat. It was a great place to holiday in and we're hoping to go back in the future.

Nous avons passé des superbes vacances. Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Idéalement placé à 5 minutes à pied du port et du centre ville et 5 min à pied de la plage de portissol. Propriétaire très gentille. Nous reviendrons 😊

Tolles Apartment mit super Lage

Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäckerei (5 min Fußweg), Strand (10 min Fußweg), Stadtzentrum (10 min Fußweg). Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
