Location of the accommodation:
Nienhagen, a Baltic Sea resort town located between Warnemünde (6 km) and Heiligendamm (9 km). West of the Hanseatic city of Rostock (8 km), east of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn (15 km), Bad Doberan (10 km), and the Hanseatic city of Wismar (45 km).

Leisure Activities at the Resort:
Enjoy every moment, recharge your batteries, and experience the seasons to the fullest—far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Right near your holiday home, you can build sandcastles and bask in the sun on the soft white sandy beach. Collectors are particularly drawn to the wild and romantic cliffs after a storm. That’s when the chances of finding a sea urchin, thunderbolts, “chicken gods” (a stone with a hole said to bring good luck to the finder), bizarre driftwood, or other treasures are especially high.
Stretching from the Baltic resort of Nienhagen through Börgerende towards the seaside resort of Heiligendamm lies the Conventer Niederung, famous for its unique birdlife.
Bike or hiking tours through the “Ghost Forest” impress with their uniqueness. To the left, the hornbeam forest stretches right up to the steep coastline—which has a somewhat eerie atmosphere, especially in the fog—and to the right, below you, lies the sea. In the spring, white carpets of wood anemones, picturesque sunsets, rich yellow rapeseed fields—pure nature.

3- Room: Finnish-style cabin with a wood-burning stove, spread over 2 levels (ground floor and attic), a sleeper sofa and a shower room on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms in the attic, a spacious living and kitchen area with access to the garden terrace. Shower room/toilet. 2 terraces: lake-facing (north) and sun-facing (southwest).

Kids’ Extras
You can watch the boats from the balcony and from the treehouse in the garden! Cot and high chair, ping-pong table. There is a treehouse for children on the property.

• Ground Floor: Large living room with dining area offering a view of the garden and access to the terrace, dining table, sitting area (1.60 m x 2 m sofa bed on the ground floor) with a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, underfloor heating. Kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop (4 burners), microwave oven with grill/convection, dishwasher). Shower room/toilet (4.5 m²).


Narrow spiral staircase to the attic:
