Wohnen im Schlösschen Nahe dem Wörlitzer Park - Ganz Nah, Ganz Weit weg

"Das Schlösschen" is the holiday rental on offer; it’s located in a small apartment building in a rural area near Wörlitz Park.

Most of the time, there are sheep grazing in the pastures all around, and in the morning—a cockerel crows in the distance—which gives you that holiday feeling. Thanks to its proximity to Wörlitz Park, you can go on great walks or bike rides. The park and the town of Wörlitz are both just a 10-minute walk away. There you’ll find great restaurants and plenty to explore.

The Bauhaus city of Dessau, Lutherstadt Wittenberg, and the Ferropolis industrial museum and event venue are all just a short drive away—even Leipzig isn’t far.

We’ve lovingly furnished the apartment and let our penchant for a little “bling bling” shine through.

The kitchen isn’t huge. It features a 2-burner induction cooktop, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and—brand new—an air fryer, along with all the usual kitchen essentials. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or sit in the evening sun.

There are two bedrooms of roughly the same size, each with a 1.80-meter box-spring bed and plenty of space to unpack your things.

The large hallway serves as our dining room and offers enough space for a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. And there’s plenty of space for shoes and jackets on top of that.

Then there’s the bathroom. Here you’ll find the toilet, as well as a shower and bathtub.

The very spacious living room offers plenty of room to lounge on the large pull-out couch, as well as a small desk. There’s a TV here that can also be “converted” into a “fireplace” from time to time. The living room also has a balcony, which you’re free to use as you like. There are seats available here.

Please separate your household trash. Yellow and blue items can be disposed of in the bins in front of the house. Please place household trash in the locked black bin (the key is on the keyring).
Please take your glass with you; you’ll find glass recycling bins on the way to the highway.

Bed linens are provided, and the beds are freshly made upon arrival—please BRING YOUR OWN SMALL AND LARGE TOWELS.

We deliberately chose a compact TV solution.

The TV in the living room can stream many live TV channels via the JOYN app installed there. You can also run the “Feuerchen” app on it.

The TV in the bedroom is equipped with a DVD player, and there are several DVDs available on site, including “Campfire.” Using the Apple TV box, you can also watch live TV via Amazon Prime or other programmes there.

The cleaning fee is 75 euros per stay.
