The first bedroom offers two comfortable single box-spring beds (each 100x200cm), blackout curtains, and a flat-screen TV.

Es war leider sehr enttäuschend für den Preis. Es wurde vorab nicht gereinigt überall war Spinnenweben. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden da man nichts darauf abstellen konnte. Der Tisch bestand aus Rattan was schon sehr kaputt war und die Glasplatte hat gefehlt. Dadurch hing der Tisch durch und Gläser etc. abstellen war unmöglich. Das obere Deck konnte garnicht genutzt werden, es war dort alles vollgeschissen. Der Strandkorb auf den wir uns am meisten gefreut haben (um einfach mal zu entspannen und ein schönes Buch zu lesen) konnte garnicht genutzt werden. Er war sowas von kaputt, der Stoff zerrissen und dreckig und vollgeschissen von den Möwen ohne Ende. Ansonsten war es dort umgeben vom Wasser sehr schön. Wer Ruhe sucht wird sie dort finden. Das Wasser sehr klar. Da konnte man wirklich nicht meckern. Aber die Entspannung und das Sonnen auf der Dachterrasse hat gefehlt. Darauf hatten wir uns sehr gefreut.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und Sie insbesondere den Zustand der Unterkunft und der Außenbereiche als so enttäuschend empfunden haben. Wir bedauern sehr, dass die Reinigung nicht den gewünschten Standard hatte und Spinnweben sowie der Zustand der Terrasse und des Strandkorbs Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Ihre Hinweise nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden diese umgehend prüfen und beheben. Auch der beschädigte Terrassentisch sowie der nicht nutzbare Strandkorb entsprechen selbstverständlich nicht dem Anspruch, den wir an unsere Unterkunft stellen. Da sich die Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Wassernähe befindet, lässt sich leider nicht vollständig verhindern, dass Möwen oder andere Vögel die Außenbereiche verschmutzen. Dennoch ist es unser Anspruch, diese vor jeder Anreise sorgfältig zu kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls zu reinigen. Dass dies in Ihrem Fall offensichtlich nicht ausreichend erfolgt ist, bedauern wir sehr. Es freut uns jedoch, dass Sie die ruhige Lage sowie das klare Wasser genießen konnten und diese positiven Eindrücke mitgenommen haben. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre ehrlichen Hinweise. Sie helfen uns dabei, die Qualität unserer Unterkunft weiter zu verbessern. Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft die wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen können ! Traumhafte Lage und rundherum nur Wasser auf das man aus allen Fenstern schauen kann ! Die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad erkunden ist ein Traum und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ! Kappeln ist einen Ausflug wert genauso wie zb. Arnis oder Damp usw. !
