Falta mantenimiento

La propiedad es genial, pero necesita un buen mantenimiento. Se entiende que pasa mucha gente durante la temporada pero tiene algunos problemas graves... Sobretodo el baño, que huele fatal casi siempre y no se puede esconder el olor con un exceso de ambientador (no es la solución). En dormitorio y comedor los rieles de las cortinas se sujetan de milagro (están arrancados de la pared), trozos de bordillo rotos con alambres oxidados a la vista, puertas de armario muy deterioradas...

Parfait

Maison propre et bien agencée. Le fait d'avoir tout à proximité (supermarché, pharmacie, plage) est vraiment appréciable, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. L'agence est très réactive, dès qu'on a une demande, cela est exécuté dans la demi journée.

einige renovierungen nötig

älteres lieblos eingerichtetes ,einfaches Haus ohne Klimaanlage in den Zimmern nur im Flur und Wohnzimmer . Kaputtes Einfahrtstor, nur sehr schwer zu öffnen und nicht von außen abzuschliessen war dem Vermieter bewußt ..Defekter Esstischstuhl. Wenig Geschirr ,keine Geschirrund Putztüchertücher, keine Spül undPutzmittel ,nur 1 kleines und 1 Duschtuch pro Person pro Woche.Ganzes Grundstück ist komplett gefliest, Ausser auf dem überdachten Sitzplatz kein Schatten. da sehr heißer Boden durch den Fliesenbelag kein Barfußlaufen zu und am Pool möglich. Aussendusche nicht funktionsfähig. Lage zum Strand und Einkauf sehr gut.Fazit: Minimaler Komfort .Eigentümer wahrscheinlich nie selbst da.

Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen, diese für ihren Aufenthalt mitzubringen. Extra Handtücher können gegen Gebühr angefordert werden.
