Our holiday home "Deichliebe" (this is the left half of the house) has just been refurnished and renovated.

This spacious, luxury semi-detached home with a total area of approximately 210 m² impresses with its modern architecture and a dreamlike location right on the dike. Inside, you’ll find exclusive amenities that exude STYLE and absolute spaciousness on every level. The property boasts an unparalleled view of the island, which is truly a highlight on the upper floor.
In the morning, you might even find the cows on the dike right in front of the house saying “Good morning” to you.

With spacious floor plans and virtually endless windows, this property offers a sense of openness and freedom. Spanning a total area of approximately 210 m² with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the high-quality interior design and modern amenities leave nothing to be desired.

The fenced-in property, which covers approximately 1,000 m², includes 4 parking spaces and a wallbox charging station.
Step out onto your covered patio and feel at one with nature, surrounded by meadows and dikes. The view of the Wadden Sea and the lighthouse on Norderney is indescribable and ensures you’ll never get bored…

Features

The lower living level offers a spacious, beautiful living room with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. The covered terrace overlooking the expansive garden invites you to soak up the sun and relax.
A bedroom and a bathroom ensure that even guests with limited mobility can enjoy a wonderful stay in our home.
A utility room and an adjoining room complete the ground floor.
At the far end of the garden is another terrace where you can wonderfully enjoy the sunset.

On the upper floor, you’ll find a breathtaking bedroom with a magnificent view, a stylish bathroom with a tub and shower, and another bedroom facing the dike. A beautiful staircase leads to the elaborately renovated attic with parquet flooring. Here, you’ll find an additional approximately 30 m² of space serving as a bedroom with a sea view.
All bedrooms feature a box-spring bed with a TV and a closet.

Fiber-optic internet is in the works. We are awaiting activation. Until then, internet access is provided via Wi-Fi.

The price includes the costs for gas and water, final cleaning, fiber-optic internet, as well as bed linens and towels.
From November through March (except for Christmas and New Year’s Eve), rentals do not include bed linens or towels.
This also applies to all stays of fewer than 7 nights.
During these periods, the linens package can be added for EUR 35.00 per person.

Since my guests can charge their electric cars at the wall box at the holiday home, electricity is billed based on actual consumption at the electricity rate valid during the travel period.
This ensures that not all guests have to pay for the cost of charging their electric cars as part of the total weekly rental price.
