Apartment 'Location Oléron, Close to the Beach' with Private Garden
This two-room apartment of 25 m² with a private enclosed garden is located in La Rémigeasse, in a quiet family residence. Free parking is available in front of the accommodation. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it features a separate bedroom with a desk and a large closet, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. Free WiFi access is provided.
The apartment is ideally located 400 meters from the beaches of La Rémigeasse or La Perroche and the cycle paths, 3 km from La Cotinière, and close to Dolus and Saint-Pierre, where you will find all the necessary shops and supermarkets.
You can enter independently thanks to a key box.
Pets are allowed upon approval from the owner. The accommodation is non-smoking. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee if not done by you upon departure. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.
