The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto the bright living room. A ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment make meal preparation and everyday living a breeze. In the dining area, you can enjoy time together over breakfast or dinner. There is an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils.

Three TVs with digital cable (35–44 inches), a DVD and CD player, a hi-fi system, and free Wi-Fi provide digital entertainment and information. A radio is also available. The floors in the living room and bedrooms are covered with hygienic vinyl.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 metres behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive holiday apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively centre of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 metres. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each holiday apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 holiday apartments with two 100 Mbit connections; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit connections is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ meeting or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this time, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
