Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Wohnung hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings ließ sich die Klappe vom DVD-Player nicht öffnen. Leider ist der Swimming pool recht klein und war bevölkert von Familien mit Kindern, die den gesamten Pool in Beschlag nahmen. An Schwimmen oder Ruhe war nicht zu denken. Zudem sind dort zu wenige Liegen vorhanden..

Sehr schöne moderne, saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abwicklung, Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe, etc. unkompliziert und problemlos. Leider wurde der Tiefgaragenstellplatz kurzfristig durch die Hausverwaltung wegen Baumaßnahmen gesperrt, wovon die Vermietungsagentur wohl auch überrascht wurde. Daher mussten wir unseren PKW 3 Tage lang an der Straße parken. Die Parkgebühr hierfür wurde jedoch großzügig, zügig und unkompliziert erstattet.
