If you bring bicycles—which we highly recommend—you’re welcome to store them in the garage with a gate. Various accessories, such as a bike pump, are available.
Visit us in a quiet location in the beautiful Inn Valley. You’ll stay in our cozy vacation rental and enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains right from there. Nearby is the Biber, a rock formation from the last Ice Age that’s about 25 meters high and roughly 900 meters long. Perched atop it is the early Baroque pilgrimage church of St. Mary Magdalene. Enjoy walks on and around the massif, including the Way of the Cross, all accessible directly from the apartment.
If you’re interested in the art history of the Inn Valley, you’ve come to the right place. There are three different walking tours that bring history and its artists together. Your interest in art, concerts, or arts and crafts could be satisfied here.
Brannenburg is located on the northern edge of the Alps at an elevation of about 500 m. In 14 km, you’ll already be in our neighboring country, Austria, and in 60 km, you can reach Munich by car or train. Brannenburg has a highway connection to the A93 and has been part of the MVV transit area since 2024. Mountain railways take you effortlessly up to the Wendelstein, a peak in the Pre-Alps. From there, numerous hiking trails await. In winter, the mountain beckons for skiing. Another ski resort nearby is Sudelfeld, a delight for the whole family. Extensive runs for snowboarding and skiing guarantee an exciting winter day. Numerous mountain huts invite you to stop for lunch and take a break.
