Come visit us at the Blauregen holiday home in Ückeritz and take advantage of our best offer! This 52-square-meter holiday home, which sleeps up to 3 people, is located on the owner’s 620-square-meter fenced-in property in a quiet residential area. The town centre, shopping, restaurants, and the train station are just a few hundred metres away, and the Baltic Sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away.

The holiday home, newly renovated in 2018, spans two floors. The upper floor features a living room with upholstered furniture, a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a radio, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The ground floor includes a spacious kitchen with a dining area and various appliances, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities also include a furnished patio and a parking space.

The price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and water and energy consumption. Internet (Wi-Fi) is also available. The tourist tax and a security deposit of 70 EUR for the property gate opener are to be paid on site. Due to the stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

The holiday home was completely renovated in 2018 and offers plenty of space and comfort across two floors. On the upper floor, you’ll find a cosy living room furnished with comfortable upholstered furniture that can be used as a sleeping area for a third person if needed. A flat-screen TV and a radio are also available. Right next to it is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families or friends.

The ground floor features a spacious kitchen that has everything you could want: Here you’ll find a dining area, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a mini-oven, and various kitchen appliances to help you prepare your meals with ease. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

Your holiday home also includes a furnished terrace where you can relax, as well as a private parking space. The total price already includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and water and energy consumption. Of course, free internet (Wi-Fi) is also available.
