The "Möwennest" apartment in the Berolina House is a welcoming retreat situated on the third floor, accommodating up to five people. The living room features a cozy chaise longue and a sofa bed, complemented by a TV and direct access to a furnished balcony. A semi-partitioned sleeping area includes a double bed with two single mattresses (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140x190 cm). The fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and dining area, provides all essential amenities. A modern bathroom, scheduled for completion in spring 2025, includes a shower. Guests can enjoy the communal washing machines and dryers located on floors 1 to 4 of House D. A designated parking space is available in the underground garage, while a pet may join for a fee. Please note that smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
