Das Haus genügt den Anforderungen. Betten unten zu weichStuhl für Kinder unter 2 Jahren war nicht zu gebrauchen Haus könnte von außen mal saniert werden und die Terrasse neu verlegt da Unebenheiten von mehr als 10 cm zum stolpern geeignet sind
