Unterkunft wirkt noch nicht fertiggestellt TV-Anschlüsse vorhanden, aber kein funktionierendes Gerät Vorhänge instabil angebracht Kein direkter Baustellenbetrieb, aber Bauzustand sichtbar (Balkon/Treppen mit Baukies aufgefüllt) Balkontür klemmte, von außen nicht zuziehebar Kein Fliegengitter kein Glas bei Dusche Seeblick“ irreführend – Blick zunächst auf Industriegebiet, abends laut durch Hall Nachbarn direkt angrenzend – wenig Privatsphäre Besitzer sehr freundlich Lattenrost kaputt
