Very nice, freshly renovated, quietly located vacation apartment in Weinheim an der Bergstrasse only 12 minutes walk from the historic market square.

We rent out a beautiful, newly renovated vacation apartment in Weinheim an der Bergstrasse.

The apartment is characterized by a wonderful view of the exotic forest and the proximity to the historic market square.

The hiking trails into the Odenwald start directly behind the house.

Inside, the apartment is very bright and newly furnished. A fully equipped fitted kitchen is available.

In total, the apartment has 2 rooms + kitchen, bathroom & toilet, which are spread over 75 sq.m. From the apartment to the highway you need 10 minutes. From here you can reach Mannheim, Heidelberg and Frankfurt in a short time, if you have business in our area. For your vacation there are wonderful hiking trails, many excursion destinations such as our 2 castles, a great leisure pool, indoor playgrounds, some lakes, the unique exotic forest, our historic town center with castle and castle park, a summer toboggan run and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Die FeWo liegt in der unteren Etage, darüber wohnt der Vermieter selbst. Das Haus liegt am Hang und

Pros: Die FeWo liegt in der unteren Etage, darüber wohnt der Vermieter selbst. Das Haus liegt am Hang und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf den gegenüberliegenden Exotenwald, durch den man auf gut gehbaren Wegen bis zum Ort laufen kann. Allerdings ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage nichts für Gehbehinderte. Von der Serpentinenstraße führen 46 Treppenstufen bis zum Eingang.. Ansonsten ist die FeWo top und qualitativ hochwertig (Parkett, Einbauküchen mit Markengeräten usw.) ausgestattet. Die Räume sind, bis auf das WC, sehr geräumig. WC und Bad liegen in getrennten Räumen, was nicht verkehrt ist. Obwohl diese beiden Räume kein Fenster haben, ziehen Gerüche gut ab. Die übrigen Zimmer sind freundlich und hell. Spitze ist auch der Balkon, der sowohl vom Wohn- als auch Schlafzimmer aus begehbar ist. Auch dieser ist gut möbiliert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter, Herrn Kreckel.

Pros: Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten mal in der tollen Wohnung. Wieder wurden wir von Herrn Kreckel sehr herzlich begrüßt. Getränke standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Ausreichend Platz, sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und alles ist blitzsauber. So kann man gleich seinen Urlaub genießen. Der sonnige Balkon bietet einen tollen Blick in den Exotenwald. Die Umgebung läd zu vielen Ausflügen ein. Wir hatten wieder eine perfekte Ferienwoche und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
