Kommunikation katastrophal!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, zu Fuß oder per Nahverkehr alles erreichbar. Eine Anfrage (Kaffemaschine) wurde nach knapp 4 Wochen beantwortet. Die von FeWo direkt angekündigten Zugangsdaten 3 Tage vor Einzug kamen nicht. Eine tel. Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin war wegen falsch angegebener TEL.Nr. nicht möglich. Auch die Hotline von FeWo konnte sie nicht erreichen. Als ich die Mail-Adresse schließlich für die Freigabe-App mitteilte, wurde diese vom System FeWo gelöscht! Bin angereist ohne zu wissen, ob ich in die angemietete Wohnung reinkomme. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach katastrophal, ein Telefonkontakt war nicht möglich!
