Located in developing Aldea Zama, this quiet complex and ground floor unit is one of the best located condos for rent in Tulum. Minutes away from breath taking beaches, ancient mayan cenotes, and the famous Mayan Ruins.

This spacious 2 bedroom (1 King , 1 Queen) 2 bath unit is air-conditioned and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. We have smart tv's in all rooms.
With bicycles to rent nearby, you can explore on the paved paths to the beach or to the town of Tulum. Chedraui supermarket is a short drive away and a Fresh market is steps away.

Clean home, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was really nice, but it would have been nice to have a way to secure the front door going out. We have a little one who can open doors and the front door had no way to latch from the inside. The beds weren’t the most comfortable we’ve slept in, but everything was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. The store across the street was very convenient.

Peaceful Oasis

It was a lovely experience right from booking to checking out. Sarah, the owner was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to our request to book. We booked last minute literally as we were boarding our flight from Canada and I had all the important information by the time I landed in Cancun. We then spoke with Rosie, the property manager the rest of our stay. Rosie is lovely and so helpful. The condo itself was well equipped in the kitchen and thoughtfully stocked up on beach necessities. The pool was quite chilly this time of year (December/January) but it was still refreshing after a day in the sun. The location was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet part of town yet in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and a small grocery is right across the street! I would highly recommend renting a car as the cabs in Tulum are pricey and many back and forth trips add up. Conveniently there is plenty of free parking at the condo. We loved our stay and would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to Tulum. Thank you, Sarah and Rosie

Fabulous!

This was a great condo! Great location and very secure. Rosy who checked us in was wonderful! She was very helpful with our questions and concerns and quite personable. She also had some great recommendations for us that we would never have known about otherwise! We had a very pleasant stay. :)

Great Pool and Garden in Tulum!

This is a lovely condo in an upcoming area of Tulum. The layout of the condo is well thought out. The pool is top notch. The location of the rental is between the beach road and the main shopping area of Tulum. This is a great choice for the area.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect.

We enjoyed being close to some locations to eat in Aldea Zama, but also rented bikes to ride to the beach! The condo was very clean and the property manager was very helpful! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
