Located on the first floor of a secure building with other apartments, this 35 m² air-conditioned apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends (3 adult beds and a baby cot available – see photos).
Ideal for short, long, or business stays, you’ll be in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall, and courthouse. Enjoy easy access to the city while staying in a calm and comfortable setting.
The living area combines lounge and bedroom with a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and storage. At night, it transforms into a bedroom with two thick 90 cm x 2 m beds and an extra bed. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, neutral soap, and hairdryer, with separate toilets.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and coffee machines compatible with various formats—ideal for preparing meals at your own pace.
On request, all baby essentials (travel cot, high chair, stroller) are available. Cleaning products, vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for your comfort. A secure luggage storage is offered at the building entrance for your convenience, available for an additional fee.
Please note, there is no elevator.
