Located in Les Clefs, near Lake Annecy and Manigod, this step-free apartment offers fantastic views of the Alps. You have a private entrance and a large wooden terrace in a peaceful setting. The 100 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large TV, and books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Beds are made on arrival. Please note, towels are not provided. The property offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue.
A filter coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine are provided. A tennis court and pétanque area are a 15-minute walk away. Hiking trails start directly from the property. You are 3 km from Thônes and its shops, 25 minutes from Annecy, and 1 hour from Geneva by car. Free shuttles are available—see Thônes tourist office. Free parking for several vehicles is available on site. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Homemade tartiflette can be arranged on request, available for an extra charge. Babysitting service is also available for an extra charge.
A recycling point is 500 m away for proper waste sorting. The property uses energy-saving lighting.
