VV Los Halcones with pool
Cozy apartment in two levels in a quiet residential area only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Los Cristianos. The front terrace with table and parasol to enjoy meals outdoors guarantees many hours of relax all year round. The community has two swimming pools, one of them for children, and sunbeds. The ground floor is open plan with a fitted kitchen, a living room and a spacious dining room. Upstairs there are two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. It is an ideal property for families or for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday close to all the leisure and beach attractions of the touristic areas which are only a 5 minute drive away, but who also prefers a quiet and secluded location in a residential environment.
Parties, other celebrations and access by strangers (persons not included in the reservation) is not permitted. Noise nuisance to neighbours must be avoided after 10.00 pm.
