Authenticity & Comfort at Grange Charmalex with Countryside Views

Located in a charming village in northern Aveyron at 765 meters altitude, this 150 m² character house accommodates up to 8 guests and invites you to relax on a private, fenced 1,300 m² wooded plot offering privacy and tranquility.



The ground floor features a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a welcoming lounge space, two bedrooms, a shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, including a master suite with its own bathroom and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included.



Amenities include a laundry room, large-screen TV, internet access, and a range of appliances: American-style fridge, microwave, mini-oven, convection oven, capsule coffee maker, fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



Outside, enjoy the garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The house is heated by central heating and a wood-burning stove available for an extra charge. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra charge. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. This property does not have a pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the master suite as well as the main living area are air-conditioned.
