Hello and welcome to our charming Frisian house on the North Sea coast. Just a stone’s throw from the Wadden Sea, you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze, relax in the spa town of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, and unwind in comfort—perfect for taking a deep breath and recharging.



The House:

On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance hall, guest WC, fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, inviting living area with large windows overlooking the garden. Watch local wildlife like hares, rabbits, pheasants, and sometimes even a hedgehog. Birdwatchers will love the proximity to the protected bird sanctuary.

Relax on the southwest-facing terrace and soak up the sun in privacy—the lush green garden is surrounded by shrubs and not overlooked.

Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom. The entire right half of the semi-detached house is yours alone.



Location:

The house sits at the edge of a peaceful holiday community, right by the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea—just 200 m to the dike and 500 m to the bathing beach. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (4.3 km). A playground with a beach volleyball court is 1 km away, easily reached with a stroll along the dike. A dog park is 1.1 km from the house. Restaurants are 800 m away on Strandweg. Hamburg city center is 110 km away. The seal sanctuary, 4.6 km away, is also worth visiting.



In 2025, extensive dike renovations created a long seaside promenade, perfect for enjoying sunsets over the North Sea and for swimming directly from the bathing area.
