The South Villa Alisseos is a self-contained unit and is 100m2 in size. As it is located directly next to the South Villa, both units can be rented together and can accommodate up to 12 people.

South Villa is designed for 4 people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate toilets, but can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. One of the two toilets and one of the bathrooms is suitable for disabled people.

The beds are both XXL king size, 2×2 metres each. Both bedrooms have stunning sea views and access to the terraces and pool.

There is a spacious communal living room with a large lounge area, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The windows can be opened in all rooms and offer panoramic views to the sea, the Taigetos mountains and the olive groves.

The living area is extended by a large terrace with another large dining table. It is partially shaded by a large pergola.
The saltwater pool is equipped with a counter-current system and can be used for sporting activities or as an exercise pool. A hydromassage is available for further relaxation.

An ecological air conditioning system in all rooms ensures a pleasant climate in the hot summer months; a heat pump with modern underfloor heating automatically heats the villa in colder temperatures and supports the air conditioning system in summer by cooling the floor.

The toilets are treated by a biological treatment plant.

LOCATION of South Villa Alisseos

The villa is situated 200 metres above sea level with fantastic views over the sea to the western peninsula of the Peloponnese and breathtaking sunsets, below a small typical Maniotic village which is only a few minutes walk away. Here you will find one of the most romantic tavernas in the area, offering excellent food and live Greek music several times a week. This taverna is a meeting place for all the locals and visitors to dance.

The view to the east is of unspoilt mountainous countryside, to the west of the Messinian Gulf and the plain of Agios Nikolaos.

Around the villa, guests have 1 hectare of land, partly olive groves, partly Mediterranean scrub, at their disposal, inviting them to explore or enjoy a picnic. The only neighbours are the owners of the South Villa and the North Villa.

Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos or Kardamili with a variety of restaurants, traditional tavernas, bars, music bars, ice cream parlours and of course well stocked supermarkets can be reached within 10-15 minutes by car.

The location of ALISSEOS is ideal for short or long walks and other sporting activities. Diving, tennis, kayaking, mountain biking, golf, boat trips and much more are on offer.
The 'Taygetos Challenge - Αγώνας Ορεινού Τρεξίματος', which takes place every spring, is one of the world's toughest marathons, held high up in the Taygetos Mountains.

There are also many cultural events in the towns of Kardamili, Stoupa and Kalamata. Highlights in spring and autumn include the Kalamata Dance Festival in Kalamata, the International Jazz Festival and the Kardamyli Literary Festival in Kardamili,
The Mani is also a treasure trove for those interested in archaeology and Byzantine studies.
Both short and long car trips take in unspoilt nature, traditional mountain villages, exciting caves and stretches of coastline. In the south of Mani you will find a landscape that is unique and fascinating in Europe.

Lovers of flora and fauna will find treasures in the Mani, often plants that can only be found here.
It is not uncommon to see large birds of prey such as the short-toed eagle and the great eagle buzzard, which are native to the Taygetos Mountains.
