Note: There is construction next to the Yucas development, so please be aware of loud noise, including hydraulic hammering, until the end of October, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. No work or noise on weekends or public holidays, nor during Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or Epiphany.



Yucas Villa 17 is a 3-bedroom holiday villa in El Salobre Golf Resort with a private pool, accommodating up to 6 guests. This comfortable and modern villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher, television, and free Wi-Fi. There is also modern terrace furniture and a barbecue. Inside the resort, you have access to first-class golf facilities. A supermarket is located at the entrance to the gated community.



Yucas Villa 17 offers private parking for your peace of mind. For stays longer than 10 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties and events are not allowed. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.

We were a family if 5 (2+3 kids)All in all a good Villa with pool.

Pros: Plenty of space Cons: Cheap Kitchenware sometimes unuseful like the pan or even the knives were almost unuseful.
