This spacious and stylish log villa, built in 2008, is beautifully located on the Utsuvaara fell in Levi. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen provides excellent facilities for cooking. The living area has a television and a cozy fireplace, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

The villa has three bedrooms. One is on the ground floor, equipped with two 80 cm wide beds, its own shower and WC, and a terrace. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two 80 cm wide beds. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. The villa also includes a bathroom and sauna area, and there is a second WC on the ground floor. Both the kitchen and the dressing room on the ground floor provide access to the large terrace, which offers stunning views to the surrounding nature.

Pets are allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet.

Schönes Blockhaus an toller,ruhiger Lage

Dem Preis entsprechend war das Haus sehr geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wegen der Distanzen von und zu den Skiliften, Levi-Ortszentrum, Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ein Mietwagen notwendig. Am Ankunftstag funktionierte das Internet nicht. Wurde am Folgetag vom Verwalter behoben. Leider funktionierte auch die Heizung nicht richtig und konnte auf drängen in den nachfolgenden Tagen vom freundlichen Verwalter vernünftig eingestellt werden. In den Küchenschränken herrscht ein ziemliches Durcheinand
