Located in Genouillé, this charming 100 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests. There is one bedroom with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles to suit your preferences, and a living room featuring original stone walls, a preserved bread oven, and niches from the old henhouse. The bathroom has a shower, and the spacious private tiled kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all cleaning essentials, including a vacuum cleaner. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and ironing facilities. The property provides homemade jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on-site, as well as a baby cot for families.



Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the pool and park, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The shared garden features both covered and open terraces with a stone barbecue for outdoor dining. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is open from May to late September, accessible in 1-hour slots from 9 am to 7 pm (or 8 pm in summer). You also have access to table tennis, a mini billiards table, a tennis court, and a shared playground.



On-site parking is available. Up to two pets are welcome. A shuttle to the train station is offered.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Cleaning services are available for an extra charge, depending on group size and length of stay.
