The holiday home is easily accessible; thanks to extra-wide doors and step-free access, it promises a carefree holiday even for those using walking aids. Location: The holiday home Admirals Huus is located only about 500 metres from the charming Niendorf harbour, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boats every day. The nearby bird park and the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorf invite you to take long walks and explore the local flora and fauna. Living Here we offer you a newly built apartment for four guests on 81 m² with two separate bedrooms. A floor-to-ceiling window front in the living room ensures a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long. The spacious seating area invites you to socialise or relax in comfort. The dining area offers space for four guests and is cleverly integrated into the room. The modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine – everything you could wish for. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m wide), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m wide each) which can be pushed together to form a double bed. There is also a large wardrobe in this bedroom. The bathroom, featuring a large rain shower and a washing machine, is directly accessible from both bedrooms. There is also a separate guest toilet accessible from the hallway. Sunny hours can be enjoyed in the three-seater beach chair on the terrace; the entire house faces south. Internet & Entertainment: Both the living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Wi-Fi throughout the property is also included in the holiday home's entertainment package. Design & Style: The stylish and clean furnishings feature simple forms, a straightforward and clear design, and a cool and understated colour scheme. Parking & Bicycles: There is a reserved parking space on the property, where two cars can be parked one behind the other. A wallbox is available for electric vehicles for a fee. Please note that the use of the wallbox can only be booked for the entire rental period and is charged at €12.00 per night. A deposit of €50.00 is required for the card.
