Villa Sand – Your Holiday Home in Bad Emstal, Grimmheimat Nordhessen



Welcome to the charming, newly renovated Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious holiday home in the Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children, offering 5 bedrooms across 3 levels, 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna, guest WC, an open-plan living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessed via a narrow staircase.



One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children's books, and toys. For little ones, a baby cot and high chair are provided. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.



Minimum stay is 2–3 nights, depending on the season.



Supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a bus stop are within walking distance. Kassel, Edersee, and Twistesee can be reached in about 30 minutes.



Five parking spaces are available and belong to Villa Sand. Smoking and large events are not permitted. Sauna, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Pros: Ideal für unser Familienwochenende. Sehr nette Vermieter, die das alte Haus in Eigenregie modernisieren. Der Edersee und Kassel sind von hier aus schnell erreichbar.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit Sauna

Pros: Unsere Zeit in der Villa Sand war einfach wunderbar! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders die Sauna war ein echtes Highlight und hat für entspannte Stunden gesorgt. Ein tolles Extra - mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Gästekarten gibt es die Möglichkeit viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung kostenlos zu nutzen. Auch die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und jederzeit gut erreichbar – der Kontakt verlief unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir können die Villa Sand nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus

Pros: Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit hier. Das Haus ist super für größere Gruppen, wir waren zu sechst. Der Sauna Bereich ist auch sehr schön geworden und die Lage des Hauses insgesamt ist auch top. Wenige Fußminuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt und ansonsten kann man sehr gut wandern gehen in der Gegend.
