Welcome to our cosy holiday apartment in a single-family home on the outskirts of Gusterath in the Upper Ruwa Valley/Front Hochwald.
The immediate surroundings offer endless opportunities for hiking, such as the Romikaweg “Dream Loop,” the access trail to the Saar-Hunsrück Steig, and other hiking trails. 
The Roman city of Trier is easily accessible by car (12 km to the city centre) or by city bus.
The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people. You may bring one pet. The additional fee for the pet is €8 per night. Please let us know immediately upon booking if you plan to bring a pet. 



Apartment, shower, toilet, ground floor:

The apartment has a living area of 33 m². It consists of a large living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette (mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2-burner ceramic cooktop) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a small storage room. You have direct access to the garden with an outdoor seating area.
The apartment can accommodate 1–2 people. It features a 140-cm-wide bed and a sleeper sofa.
Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are, of course, provided.
Wi-Fi and a parking space are included. 


Flexible cancellation policy:
Notwithstanding the Terms and Conditions, we offer the following flexible cancellation policy:
Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
14–7 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
7–1 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
On the day of arrival: 100% cancellation fee
In all other respects, the Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.



On-site fees: Pets are welcome. Please let us know immediately upon booking (preferably in the “Comments” field) if you are bringing a pet. The fee of €8 per night is to be paid directly to the property owner on site. Please note that this apartment is a non-smoking property.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
