The Kuschel Muschel offers you a cosy retreat on the ground floor with a modern living/sleeping area and a large panoramic window. The high-quality box-spring bed from the renowned Hillenmeier bedding store ensures a restful night’s sleep. The new, separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and an oven. The natural-light bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities. The garden features an exclusive lounge and seating area where you can relax after an eventful day.



Welcome to Haus Kaiser Franz – Your retreat at the foot of the mountains
Our cosy house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Krün, just a stone’s throw from the Isar River, and offers you the perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences in nature. Hiking trails begin right outside our front door, and in winter, the cross-country ski trail leading to the Hofgarten loop passes by nearby. Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and experience a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach the centre of Krün and enjoy all the village has to offer.

On-site costs: Payment is due in cash on site or via online bank transfer. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged after booking. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 80%. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Earlier or later check-ins are possible by arrangement. Check-out is due by 9:30 AM. Later check-outs are also possible by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. We are a smoke-free home. A cot or rollaway bed is available upon request. A visitor’s tax will be charged separately on site. Included services: bed linens, towels, tea towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, welcome drink, basic supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs), Zewa



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
