Wolfsgrund 14 - Apartment/apartment, shower, WC

Our cosy, small holiday rental is located in Wolfsgrund (approx. 600 m above sea level), a small hamlet in the municipality of Dorfchemnitz/Sayda at the foot of the Ore Mountains. Our holiday rental features a sauna built in the style of a Russian banya and traditionally heated with wood, as well as a saltwater swimming pool, a private parking space, and both a stationary and a portable charcoal grill. For our younger guests, there is a slide, a climbing tower, and a sandpit. On our spacious grounds, there is an orchard meadow with apple, cherry, plum, and pear trees—some of which are very old—where sheep graze. If you’re travelling by train, the destination station is Mulda or Nassau.
The mountain town of Freiberg, known far beyond Germany’s borders primarily for its former silver mining, is located about 20 km from here. Other well-known destinations nearby include Olbernhau and Seiffen (each just under 25 km away). These towns are known worldwide for their traditional wood carvings.



Apartment, shower, toilet:

Our living room/bedroom features a double bed, which can also be separated upon request. There are also two recliners, which can be converted into a sofa bed in just a few seconds. You’ll find an LED TV with satellite TV and radio reception. Our entire holiday rental is equipped with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove (4 burners) with an oven, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy your meals on the patio. A garden table and chairs are available. Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing.



On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request for a flat fee of 20 EUR. Use of the washing machine is available for a fee. Use of the sauna is available for a fee of 7 EUR per person per use.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00.
