Hochwald 1 Vacation Rental:

Thanks to its size and amenities, our modern vacation rental is ideally suited for families and small groups of up to 6 people who are planning an active vacation in the area and want a comfortable living experience.
The 130 m² apartment is on one level and features three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. We’re also happy to provide a rollaway bed or a crib for the little ones.
The highlight of the apartment is the very spacious living room (30 m²), where you can experience a true movie theater atmosphere with the large flat-screen TV and Dolby Surround sound system. From the living room, you have direct access to the outdoor loggia, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large seating area, invites you to cook together and leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its amenities, including a fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, and more. The spacious bathroom is also designed to accommodate the number of beds. In addition to a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer, there are two additional “guest restrooms” in the apartment.

On-site costs: Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A 30% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 2 days before arrival or in cash on-site upon check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We will try to accommodate other check-in and check-out times depending on availability. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib and an extra bed can be provided free of charge. Included services: Parking, Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, use of the washing machine and dryer



Check-in is from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
