Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem Komfort. Gute Betten und Ausstattung und gute Lage und freundlicher Service. Bis ins Zentrum 3 bis 4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Parkgebühren in Prerow sind nicht gerade billig. Leider ist der Zufahrtsweg nicht der Allerbeste: Schritttempo und sehr hoppelig wegen der Schlaglöcher. Das müsste mal von der Stadt geändert werden. Ich meine nicht den direkten Zugang zum Haus, sondern den von der Straße her.

Ein ausgesprochen zweckmäßig und hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit vielen sinnvollen Details wie z.B. Mückenschutz vor allen Fenstern oder einer große Markise über der Terasse. Sehr professioneller, unkomplizierter Reservierungsablauf.

Sehr schönes , gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in angenehm ruhiger Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Darßwald. Küche und Bad haben eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit vielen Küchenutensilien, Geschirr, ausreichend Platz im Bad für Handtücher und weitere Utensilien aller Gäste. Überhaupt viele Ablagemöglichkeiten für Sachen, Terrassenmöbel für alle und ein gutes Spieleangebot. Leider nur 2 enge Parkplätze.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im unteren Bereich ist ein zweites, etwas kleineres Bad mit Dusche. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig und durch die großen Fensterfronten von Tageslicht durchflutet. Die Küche ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Am Haus ist eine Terrasse mit elektrischer Markise. Minuspunkte sind: Die recht schmale Einfahrt für Fahrzeuge zum Haus und die sehr schlechte Zubringerstraße. Für das unterstellen der Fahrräder hat der Schlüssel für den Fahrradschuppen gefehlt. Trotzdem ist ein Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
