Located on the southern edge of town with a view of the mountains, a 10-minute walk from the town centre, and just below Trautersdorf, our holiday rental—newly built in 2016—is on the upper floor of our single-family home. An outdoor staircase leads to the fully furnished holiday apartment (approx. 45 square metres). The hallway leads to the south-facing living room with satellite TV (flat-screen) and a south-facing balcony. From here, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of meadows, forests, and the Chiemgau Alps, including the local mountain, the “Kampenwand.” The high-quality built-in kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, and is equipped with a hair dryer. From the hallway, a solid-wood staircase leads to the separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an open loft; a built-in closet with a separate luggage compartment offers ample storage space, along with a stereo system and DAB+. Free Wi-Fi guest access is available. All rooms have windows and controlled ventilation. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Bicycle storage room and parking space next to the building.
