This cosy, well-furnished one-room apartment for two people in Scharbeutz is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday as a couple or on your own. The building has an lift that takes you to the third floor. The beautiful sandy beach, spa gardens, and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Right in the apartment’s entryway, you’ll find a spacious coat closet. The living/sleeping area features a comfortable couch with a TV and a small, cosy dining nook for two people. You can spend your evening in peace on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Sliding curtains allow you to create a private space for a restful night’s sleep. The bed measures 1.60 x 2.00 m and is flanked by two spacious wardrobes that offer ample storage space for all your luggage.
The kitchen has everything you need: an oven, a French press or a porcelain filter for brewing your own coffee, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher—nothing is missing. The modern bathroom features a rain shower, toilet, and hair dryer. All windows are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.

A parking space is available at the house. In the communal basement, a washing machine is available for a fee, and a drying room is also provided. The house offers an outdoor bicycle parking area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge! Pets are not allowed here!

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr erholsame zeit.Das Appartement mit eigenen PKW Stellplatz und nicht einsehbaren Grunstück war O.K.Es war liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts.Wir waren als Paar.Die Lage war gut und nicht weit zum Strand.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wetter stimmte. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, auch war alles vorhanden. Sie ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
