This charming 53 sqm studio, completely renovated and carefully furnished, can accommodate up to 4 people, with one bedroom and a living room. You have a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen. The apartment offers you high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with suitable detergents, as well as personal hygiene products and other comforts. Access is barrier-free and elevators ensure easy mobility, while outside there is a communal garden. The private pool is on the 7th floor, with a large panoramic solarium where you can admire the ocean, Mount Teide and beautiful Puerto de la Cruz. On the same floor, you will find restrooms with showers. Towels and sunbathing towels are provided for the solarium. Parking is available both in the inner courtyard and on the adjacent street. Events and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. External amenities include table tennis, billiards, tennis court, bike storage and a charging station for electric cars. Public transport is easily accessible on foot. The condominium is at the beginning of the enchanting Sant’Elmo promenade, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques, leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the famous Lago Martiánez pools designed by architect Cesar Manrique and the Sant’Elmo hermitage. The Martianez shopping center for your daily needs and more is also close by. The owners live on site, but not in the booked apartment. Airport shuttle service is available on request for an extra fee. Hosting unregistered guests is not permitted.
