Public transport is within walking distance. The building is at the start of the Sant’Elmo promenade, with bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the stunning Lago Martianez pools, designed by Cesar Manrique, and the Sant’Elmo Hermitage. A quality shopping center is also close for daily needs. Airport shuttle service is available on request for an additional fee. Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted.
