The private pool, recently refurbished, is on the 7th floor with a spacious solarium offering views of the ocean, Mount Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Restrooms with showers are available. Solarium towels are provided free of charge by the host. For stays over 7 days, linen change is included at no extra cost. Parking is available both in the courtyard and on the adjacent street.
Events and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Public transport is within walking distance. The building is at the start of the Sant’Elmo promenade, with bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the stunning Lago Martianez pools designed by Cesar Manrique and the Sant’Elmo Hermitage. A quality shopping center for daily needs is also close by.
