The living area is furnished with a sofa that folds out into a bed for two people, two armchairs, and a digital TV. In the open kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and numerous kitchen utensils, you can prepare culinary delights. A dining table and a separate dining area provide ample space for shared meals.

The bedroom, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for two people, guarantees restful nights. The bathroom features a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. Of course, a clothes rack and access to a washing machine (shared use) are also available.
