Immerse yourselves in the charm and history of Périgord by staying in this 15th-century farmhouse, fully renovated to combine modern comfort with rustic authenticity. Located in Bouniagues, in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, this house is perfect for a relaxing countryside getaway.



Rental conditions:

- Pool shared with the owners.

- Bed linen and bath towels included.

- Pool towels provided.

- Cleaning must be done by you or can be offered as an optional service by the host (available for an extra fee).

- Security deposit required upon arrival.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm).

- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a king-size bed).

- Living room: sofa bed for 2 people.



Bathrooms:

- 2 bathrooms with modern showers.

- 1 separate toilet.



Living spaces:

- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.).

- Comfortable living room with fireplace and TV.

- Air conditioning available upstairs for added comfort.



Outdoor spaces:

- Spacious, lush garden. Pool shared with the owners (13x7 m), open from May 1st to September 30th. Free private parking.



Extras and conditions:

- Pets allowed (must be kept on a leash).

- 2 bicycles available for rent (for an extra fee).

- The owners, who live nearby, have two friendly dogs and horses.

- Important: For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property.



Ideal location: 12 km from Bergerac train station and 9 km from Bergerac Dordogne Périgord airport. Golf courses nearby.

A relaxed stay in lovely surroundings

Pros: The hosts were very friendly, there was wildlife all around, the house had been renovated to a high standard and the pool was a really good size. Cons: We had a heat wave during our stay so a floor standing fan would have helped.
