Centrally located in Leverkusen, modern furnished chic city apartment with service

Our services are aimed at project managers, professionals in their probationary period, expatriates, and anyone who, for professional or personal reasons, would like to live elsewhere for a short or extended period. Our boarding apartments offer fully furnished, 50-square-meter apartments with services for both short- and long-term stays. Compared to a hotel, they provide more space, privacy, and the feeling of being at home.

Our apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee makers, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower, hair dryer, and scale. Also available: an iron, and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The living room features a large, high-quality TV (cable TV) as well as high-speed internet throughout the apartment—perfect for browsing, gaming, and streaming. Additionally, each apartment has its own doorbell and postbox.

Guest access: Check-in is possible at any time using a key fob. Private entrance.

If you have any questions or need assistance, I’m always available by phone. Pets are allowed only upon prior written request.
