This beautiful and modern 70-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a well-maintained residential complex near the South Beach. The complex includes a main building with four residential units as well as a bungalow village with eight units.

The apartment features a separate, well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The dining area in the living room offers plenty of space for shared meals. The modern living room set invites you to relax. An LED TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment includes a furnished balcony, which is ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) with a closed footboard and a wardrobe.
