The 5th guest can sleep comfortably on a flexible rollaway bed. The new, brightly designed attic apartment measures approximately 60 m². It is located on the ground floor of a single-family home with a separate entrance. A spacious staircase leads to the lockable, quiet apartment and the adjoining 23m² additional room. The new built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and a fully automatic coffee machine. The dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen. This area can also be used as a workspace. A large TV and Wi-Fi are available. The cosy and spacious living area invites you to unwind and relax. The bedroom is generously sized and equipped with a closet, built-in drawers, and a 180 x 200 bed. The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 bed. You can also spend the night comfortably on the flexible pull-out bed. Bed linens and towels are included in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 bed and is furnished with a comfortable sofa. A smart TV provides entertainment while you prepare a drink in the tea/coffee corner. A parking space for your car is available in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored inside. The town of Müddersheim is centrally located within the Cologne–Bonn–Aachen triangle. All three cities are about a 30-minute drive away. The area is wonderful to explore by bike. The Erft Valley Bike Trail starts right outside the front door. Euskirchen and Zülpich, as well as Düren and Erftstadt, are just a short drive or bike ride away—perfect for shopping, strolling, and dining out.
