The new Franzi holiday rental is a ground-floor apartment furnished in a modern Alpine style and featuring a terrace. With 61 square metres of living space, you’ll find two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a cosy living area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. On the terrace, you can relax in a lounge chair and enjoy the view of the Wetterstein while soaking up the sun.



The Adelia holiday home offers all-around comfort in a breathtaking setting.
We’d like to offer you a family-friendly holiday in Mittenwald, in a central location (just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations, as well as the hiking trails on the Kranzberg)
Our holiday home features two cosy and comfortably furnished holiday apartments.
With photos of our apartments, Mittenwald, and its beautiful surroundings, we’d like to give you a little preview to get you in the mood for your holiday. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest here in Mittenwald.

On-site charges: Payment is due on site in cash. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 9:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request. (Restrictions may apply, and a surcharge will be charged depending on the type and size of the pet.) A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The local tourist tax per person/night is payable on-site. Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi access, and on-site parking are included in the price.



Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Great place to hang out!

We had a wonderful time in this place. The host was very friendly, from the first time we emailed to the check in. She gave us a warm welcome and had some good advice and tips she shared with us. We had three adults and the space worked very well. The apartment was awesome, the kitchen was a good size and had more than enough dishes and cookware. The room with the living room and kitchen has its own door which was nice for when someone stayed up late or woke up early. You can look out of almost any window and see a mountain, the scenery was beautiful. The shower head is a good size and the water pressure is strong. The beds, couch, and chairs were all comfortable. There was a nice outdoor patio with table and chairs which gave a nice spot to sit outside and unwind. There is also a nice grocery store just a 7 minute walk away which was convenient.
