Location: this beautiful and new holiday apartment is located in the heart of the city of Viareggio.
The holiday property is therefore close to shops, the promenade and restaurants. Cars can be parked on the street for a fee. The sandy beach is approximately 450 metres from the holiday property. The beautiful house consists of 2 holiday apartments, which are rented out to holidaymakers by the same owner. Air conditioning is available.
Facilities: The holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is approx. 100 m² and has new and very nice furnishings. Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, access to the terrace with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: One bedroom with double bed.
To be paid on site: Deposit €250. Tourist tax not optional €1.50 per day per person over 18 years of age. Final cleaning not optional €40.

Wir waren als Ehepaar mit unserem kleinen Chihuahua, über Silvester für eine Woche, als Gast, bei Monica. Monica hat uns sogar ein Bett für den kleinen besorgt, obwohl wir natürlich unser eigenes dabei hatten. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage um ans Meehr zu gelangen oder in der Stadt spazieren zu gehen. Es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit gehobener Qualität. Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke, Caffe und Restaurants ein paar Schritte entfernt. Ausstattung in Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer vollkommen für 2-4 Personen ausreichend. Es gab nicht nur eine Espresso-Maschine sondern auch ein Filterkaffe-Maschine. Wir fahren seit 5 Jahren nach Viareggio und dieses Haus und Monica waren bislang das / die Beste. Parken kann man auf der Strasse, hier ist ein Wochenparkausweis zu empfehlen, dass man in einem Tabakladen besorgen kann. Danke Monica (und auch Tochter), wir kommen bald wieder.

Monica und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie waren sofort zur Stelle, wenn ich ein Anliegen hatte. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da und es scheint alles recht neu zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit zum Meer oder zum Einkaufen. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof, daher war es sehr ruhig. Ich komme wieder!

Weekend lungo in famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia a casa di Monica dal 13 al 17 febbraio. Siamo stati benissimo, casa ben riscaldata, con tutte le comodità. Non manca nulla, la gestione è attenta ai dettagli. Grazie mille, speriamo di rivederci presto!
