1. Achtung, da das Fenster zur Straße zeigt, kann es Abends und Nachts laut werden, ja nach Publikum auf der Straße.
2. Da das Apartment unter dem Dach liegt und keine Durchlüftung möglich ist, könnte es an warmen Tagen zum Wärmestau in der Wohnung kommen. (Speziell auch Nachts) (Standlüfter ist vorhanden!)
