Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet (Küchenausstattung). Neben einer Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, einer Mikrowelle und einem Toaster ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden gewesen. Das Dreibett-Zimmer im Flurbereich und für Kids ideal und gemütlich. Das Stockbett neben der Küche für Erwachsene eher ein Notbehelf aber zum Schlafen absolut ausreichend und die Matratzen sind groß genug. Es gibt ein kleines WC sowie ein größeres Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der Berghof befindet sich direkt neben einer Piste des Hausbergs. Neben einem außen gelegenen Ski-Raums gibt es im Eingangsbereich jeweils einen eigenen Raum für die Ski-Schuhe (mit Heizstangen) sowie die Hausschuhe. Mehrere Bänke im Foyer erleichtern das An- und Ausziehen der Ski-Ausrüstung sehr praktisch. Tipp: Man kann die rote Piste benutzen, um direkt unten an der Hartkaiser Talstation die Skipässe zu kaufen und mit der Gondel zur Bergstation zu fahren: dazu bei der einzigen Abbiegung nach LINKS weiterfahren! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder ;-)
