This stylish holiday home near the beach (Wenningstedt 450 m, Kampen 3 km) offers everything you could wish for a dreamy Sylt vacation. With attention to detail and a sense of relaxed joy of life, the apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with high-quality furnishings.
Through your private entrance with a wardrobe, you enter the upper floor. Here, a light-flooded living/dining area awaits you with comfortable and tastefully assembled furniture in the contemporary cottage style, the south-facing balcony, and the open kitchen. On the sunny outdoor seating area, you can relax in the cozy beach chair (double seater) or look forward to a shared meal at the round teak table.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, providing not only a drip coffee machine but also a Nespresso machine. Whether for a cold glass of white wine on a hot summer day or a relaxed sundowner after the beach or a robust red wine on a cozy winter evening, the kitchen has the perfect glass for every occasion.

Two equivalent bedrooms with high-quality built-in carpentry are at your disposal. You have the choice between the box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) or the individually crafted bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with high-quality mattresses, ensuring restful sleep.
Each of the two bedrooms is assigned its own bathroom – a shower room on the 1st floor, where a washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal, and a full bathroom with a comfortable bathtub on the 2nd floor.

And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can entertain yourself with various board games for both adults and children. The domicile also offers a yoga mat and dumbbells for athletic activities.
Moreover, the island itself offers plenty of leisure and shopping opportunities. Take a stroll along the promenade or through dunes and protected heathland to Kampen, discover the variety of restaurants and shopping options, or test your skills on the mini-golf course. The adjacent village of Braderup is also perfect for long, unforgettable walks on the mudflats to picturesque Keitum.
