The holiday home Casa Baia is located in Santa Reparata just a short walk from the beach and boasts a view of the sea and the mountains. The house is divided into 5 levels by stairs and consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each (these can be made into a double sofa bed), a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine and satellite television. In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Your open terrace invites you to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Italian sun. A pool and tennis court are located in an independant complex approximately 50 m away (these are not included in the price). In a 4-minute walk you will reach 2 restaurants and a further restaurant is an 11-minute walk away (800 m). A supermarket is furthermore located a 21-minute walk away (1.5 km). The beautiful beach of Santa Reparata with its soft, white sand also awaits your visit a 3-minute walk away (270 m).

Dicht am Strand

Pros: Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Der Wohnraum verteilt sich über vier Etagen zzgl. einer Dachterasse mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in der Minuten. Der Gastgeber war gut über Telefon und WhatsApp zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Cons: Generell haben wir uns die Frage gestellt, warum gerade die Küche so schlecht ausgestattet ist. Die geringe Anzahl von Besteck und anderen Utensilien die man zum kochen braucht, sowie der alten und verrosteten Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine, werten das Ferienhauses deutlich ab. Auch existieren auf der Dachterasse und einer Terasse im zweiten Stock keinerlei Möbel zum Wohlfühlen oder entspannen.

2 tolle Wochen in schöner Atmosphäre - Danke Marco Stefanini

Pros: Reibungsloser Check-In; Vermieter Marco hatte alles bestens organisiert und rief zwecks Bestätigung auf Mobiltelefon an; Er ist sehr um Gäste bemüht und immer freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Das Haus in Split-Bauweise errichtet, ist das erste in der Reihe und bietet für jedes Zimmer Balkon und/oder Terrasse - einfach top. Die Lage des Hauses ist - wie beschrieben - in fussläufiger Nähe (3min) zum Strand (Spiaggia Santa Reparata). Alle weiteren Strände sind mit dem Auto (was auf Sardinien nötig ist) erreichbar. Cons: Einziges Manko: Die auf einem Foto gezeigte Hängematte - auf die ich mich so sehr gefreut hatte - war leider nicht existent. 2 Liegen für das Roof-Top wären ein Bonbon.
